You were really the life of the party at the Bible study last night. You slept and played quietly through most of it – but at the end you made everyone look at you by smiling and giggling and talking. Doug fed you a bottle which you liked, and they all admired you. The you put up quite a fuss about going to bed. You were OK at first, giggling and cooing and playing with the jumping jack. But pretty soon the laughing was crying a daddy had to stick your pacifier in.

On Tuesday I took you out in the backpack carrier for the first time. You really seemed to enjoy it. We just went to the mailbox, but you wave your arms and gasped at every breeze and generally seemed to enjoy it. It should make everything easier.
